MCV’s EXCITING JOURNEY IN BANKING  “The life of a Banker is not a bed of roses it’s a difficult and dangerous path. Nevertheless, we as Bankers are proud of this path and have faced numerous challenges and tribulations during this journey” MCV.Rajanathan M.C.V.Rajanathan, is a Banker by Profession, with close upon 46 years of uninterrupted and unblemished Banking exposure which he considers as his greatest achievement and asset.Mr. Rajanathan, joined the Hatton National Bank, HNB, as it is known today in 1973 during the infancy of this Bank and was attached to HNB, for almost 30 years up to his retirement in 2002, consequent to the acceptance of a Voluntary retirement scheme offered by the Bank. This building which is part of the success story of HNB, withstood many challenges and still goes strong. Many years of our career was spent at this building, during this period we met many wonderful people, had good times and bad times.  The road leading to this building which was inaccessible for two decades is now opened and every morning and evening I pass this building and drive through this road which refreshes my own memory. The beautiful memories, the time we spent, the experience we gained will always be treasured. I am sure many of our colleagues who were privileged to work at this building will be pleased to refresh their own memory of the wonderful time spent...
